Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP!) and Yoga!! – updated dates and times…

Sunset Schedule
7:00 – Catch the 7 boat to Wards Island.
7:30 – Arrive at launch area and get ready to SUP! Click here for launch area directions (Algonquin Bridge).
7:45 – Everyone on the water and practicing the basics of SUP.
8:00 to 9:00 – SUP Yoga.
9:10 – Back on land drying off and enjoying warm tea.
9:30 – Back on the ferry and heading home or hanging out and drinking more tea.

SUP Yoga classes (taught by our good friend and amazing yoga teacher Melissa!!) take place in Sunfish Cut, a popular lookout point with a spectacular view. Doing SUP Yoga on the Island is an amazing experience that all Toronto Yoga practitioners should try at some point. The hope is that you have a spiritual experience every time you get on the water and that you leave feeling refreshed and ready to start your week. Come practice in the calm center of the city.

Classes are $45 and $7 for round trip ferry.  Board, paddle, dry bags, PFD (life jacket) are included in the price.  If you have your own board, send an email here to book your experience and get $10 off the class.  Please click here for more information and to register. There’s a maximum of 8 people per class so book early!
NOTE – You can request your own date and time with 3+people: weekday evenings, Wed/Thurs/Fri afternoon, Sat after 1:30pm or Sun after 2:30pm.  It’s an amazing way to spend time with family and friends!
