Heya! Our good friend Wendy from NYC will be in town this coming weekend so we’re really excited about our next Jam! It’ll be held on Saturday the 29th at the Danforth Yoga Sanctuary from 6:30-8:30pm, and it’ll be Pay-What-You-Can. Wendy’s been learning from various awesome teachers in the States and the Netherlands so we’ll be looking to work on some more advanced flows, washing machines, and whatever else people are interested in trying out.
Just a small note – Erin and myself will also be teaching an informal Contortion with Yogic Awareness workshop (or as we like to call it “bendy yoga”) sometime that Sat afternoon. If you are interested in attending, please email me directly at kamakyri@gmail.com. Cheers!
