Hello acro yogis,
What a great turnout at our last jam, the energy and vibe was awesome! There were sooo many new faces that we hope to see again soon!
We were also fortunate enough to have been filmed for a short piece for Asscoiated Press. That will help spread the message about how great this practice is! Of course, we’ll share that with everyone once it is made available 
So good news.. we are going to have a Pay What You Can Advanced Acro Jam on Saturday Feb 19th at 5:30-7:30 at the Yoga Sanctuary on the 4th floor.
Please be advised that this jam is for those that have experience and feel confident in their practice us as there will be minimal supervision so we want to make sure everyone practices mindfully.
