Yoga has been such a blessing in my life! Not only has it treated and prevented injuries from my active martial arts lifestyle, but the increased awareness of my body and breathing has greatly improved other aspects of my life both mentally and physically. I love how yoga is a process of learning and growth and I really enjoy sharing my knowledge, experience and enthusiasm.
I have had the privilege to learn formally and informally from a number of great teachers and I want to thank Cynthia Funk and Karusia Wroblewski, David Swenson, Jonathan from Mysore, JP Tamblyn, Jessie Goldberg and Eugene Poku, and Chelsey Gribbon and Jason Magness for their teachings, influence and inspiration..
My classes are informative and can be challenging at times, but most importantly I want my students to have a great time.
